The reservation holder must present an identity document (ID card, Passport, or driver's license). PortAventura World reserves the right to organize, schedule, limit, and close public access to PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land, as well as to its different areas and services. Park hours vary by season. Round-trip transportation to Valencia will always be at the established time, regardless of the park's schedule. Some facilities may be out of operation, suspended, or closed due to technical, meteorological, safety, or operational reasons that advise it, with the possibility that, for the stated reasons, it may be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. All of the above does not entitle you to a refund of the tour or a change of date for it. The duration of the tour includes transfer times.

Cancellations. Cancellations will be possible up to 72 hours before the tour. There will be no refunds after 72 hours.
